Hello, my name is Danita Allen. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, author, cancer survivor, speaker, and Senior Consultant at NEW DAY Healthcare Consultants.

After more than 35 years in healthcare and experiencing my own personal journey with cancer, I learned that sometimes the chapters we would never choose can become the chapters that change our lives.

My book, The Chapter I Would Never Have Chosen: How Cancer, Faith, Healing and God’s Grace Saved My Life, shares my journey of faith, healing, and finding purpose through difficult seasons.

Today, I use my story and experience to encourage others, support healthcare teams, and help people and organizations create healthier lives and stronger communities.

My mission is simple — I’m here to make a difference.
